02 Recruiting Process
Applications for all of our positions can be submitted easily and directly through our application portal. In order to correctly process your application documents, we require the following documents: CV, cover letter and contact details.
For apprentices, we are happy to organize an apprentice day, during which a short apprentice test takes place. As part of this apprentice test, applicants can demonstrate their knowledge and skills. The following subject areas are covered: commercial subjects, German, English and general knowledge.
If the profile matches our requirements, we invite applicants to an interview in order to get to know them better and give them the opportunity to learn more about the open position. This interview can take place either as a video call or in person and takes approximately 30–60 minutes.
After a successful interview, we are happy to invite applicants to a trial day. This gives applicants the opportunity to get to know not only the tasks, but also their future team and workplace.
Once a suitable match has been found after completing the application process, the professional journey with the ANANTARA Group begins.
03 Entry Levels
Apprentices receive solid training with us and the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience that shapes their further career path.
Adults have the opportunity to complete a shortened apprenticeship with us through workplace-based qualification. This helps us make starting a new career path easier.
